  • 10-12th Feb is Chinese Lunar New Year holiday, no delivery arrangement.
  • Members can enjoy 10% off discount for order before 1st Feb, act now.
  • Please settle the payment after flower order placement to guarantee delivery.
  • For Bank Transfer payment, please send us the receipt with order number and name for confirmation.
  • Please provide us the receiver name and phone number. There is no specify time delivery on 14th Feb.
  • One time flower delivery has included, delivery charge is required for remote area as village house, villa, airport and re-delivery. No delivery to outside HK Island.
  • We will confirm your flower delivery either by email or by phone. Please contact us if you cannot receive the confirmation.
  • For flower order amendment, please email us with the details such as the card message. Only accept one time change of card message.
  • For flower order cancellation, please notify us by Email. Cancellation before 1 Feb will subject to 20% handling fee, before 6 Feb, a 50% handling fee. No cancellation and refund after.
